It is the policy
of the Richmond Society For Community
Living to endorse the basic employee relation's
philosophy that will create an environment, which enables and encourages
employees to develop and utilize their talents to the greatest degree
possible. This will allow employees to maximize individual job
satisfaction and the Society to achieve established goals
and objectives of the organization, in a working environment which is fair

Society

the selection, development and promotion of employees is based on
