Upcoming Civic Elections - All Candidates Meeting for School Trustees - Tuesday November 8, 2005 at McRoberts Secondary School, 8980 Williams Road, Richmond in the Fine Arts Theatre from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. This meeting will provide Richmond residents with an opportunity to question the candidates running in the November 19th municipal election concerning their view on the future direction of public education policy and funding. This will be the only time you will have the opportunity to question the trustees. The Social Planning and Research Council of BC (SPARC BC) has produced an excellent information package for community action in civic elections - click here to download.
