Richmond Society for Community Living, in collaboration with Ministry of Social Development and Social Innovation, STADD Early Implementation Site for Older Adults, and Community Living BC invite you to join us in conversation, to learn from each other about good practices that service providers and family members have developed to meet the needs of individuals who are aging and their aging families/caregivers.

Please join us to discuss and share:

strategies in the provision of respectful supports for aging individuals and their families stories from local community based services and projects supporting aging people with developmental disabilities

This session will be of interest to Service Providers, Health Care Professionals, individuals with developmental disabilities and family members.

Living a good life in community, for people with developmental disabilities who are aging, presents both new challenges and exciting opportunities for service providers, families, individuals, and community partners.  Together we can learn how to provide the best possible support.
